Full DIY walkthrough from unboxing to first lift: I mounted it using the Tacoma's pre-existing bed holes with a steel base plate underneath, tied the mount into the frame's factory bolts, ran 12V wiring from the winch all the way to the battery, then load-tested it by lifting a heavy generator into the bed solo. Around $250 all-in — if you load generators, equipment, or lumber by yourself, this is the whole job start to finish. ⏱️ CHAPTERS 0:00 — Intro: VEVOR Truck Crane Install on Toyota Tacoma 0:30 — Mounting the Crane: Base Plate & Bed Bolts 4:20 — Frame Mount Points: Factory Bolt Locations 4:50 — Under the Truck: Bolting Through the Frame 8:13 — 12V Winch Wiring: Battery Cable Run 13:30 — Crane Operation Demo: Remote, Rotation & Boom 16:45 — Load Test: Lifting a Generator Into the Bed 20:30 — Final Verdict: Is the VEVOR Crane Worth It — About DJ Dawn Patrol: Chase Caffey, professionally known as DJ Dawn Patrol, is a Mississippi Gulf Coast DJ, music producer, and live event entertainer performing weddings, festivals, sporting events, corporate events, nonprofit events, and private celebrations across the United States.
