From towering mountain peaks and massive valley glaciers to coastal rainforests and rugged shorelines, this cinematic FPV drone film captures the wild beauty of America’s Last Frontier from above. In the spring and fall of 2023, @joshuaturner traveled to Alaska with a few friends to capture surfing around Seward and Sitka. While the trip was originally focused on the water, he came home with hours of FPV drone footage showcasing the incredible landscapes they encountered along the way. Alaska’s sheer scale is difficult to understand until you see it in person—and even then, it’s hard to capture.
