Photons - Rentrée Solaire

Taken from Rentrée Solaire Listen now: https://idol-io.ffm.to/rentreesolaire Debut Single by Photons, the quartet led by Gauthier Toux, reimagines the meeting point between jazz, house and techno through an organic, immersive sound. Spotted by KEXP with a Live on KEXP session recorded at Les Trans Musicales, the band was hailed by ARTE Concert as "a superb discovery." Tsugi praised its "hypnotic blend of jazz and techno" and "the perfect meeting of both genres," while Jazz Magazine highlighted the group's ability to "weave together, like no one before them, a thousand shades of danceable and atmospheric music." For Libération, it is simply "electro-tinged jazz... and it works." Repetitive patterns that overlap and a nod to the house and rave sound of the 90s, "Rentrée Solaire" is an invitation to the universe of Photons' new album (supported by Kexp, Trans Musicales, Fip, Tsf Jazz, Tusgi...)
